Login Screens for Devices

For some devices, “Scan Camera” may fail to detect compatibility because these devices can lock up during the scan process.

If Scan Camera fails to find a match, please do the following:

1. Make sure DVR’s channel 1 is working and visible using the IE browser interface. If you want to use the app from outside your internal network, then test with IE browser interface from outside your internal network.

2. Find the matching login screen below to get potential driver names.

3. Select potential driver(s) in IP Cam Viewer and use the Test button (in Edit Camera) to check for compatibility.
