Slow refresh rate

Using a Sunba 601-D20X ptz cam with IP Cam Viewer Pro and with XMEYE. Both apps work well. However, the refresh rate with IP Cam V Pro is about 1 per second, whereas with XMEYE the refresh rate is much higher — almost good enough for seamless video. I’m using onvif port 8899, port override RTSP 554, and channel #1. Any advice to get a higher refresh rate with IP Cam Viewer Pro?

Also, the latency with ptz commands is much longer with IP Cam V P than with XMEYE.

make sure the RTSP port entered into Edit Camera is correct.
otherwise, the driver will fallback to slower feed method.
