Hello,

When accessing a camera whilst on the local network with rtsp protocol you would have something like this configured in IPcamviewer Pro:

rtsp://192.168.1.231:554/0/av1

Now when using a service such as DDNS .. How would you define this ?

This does not seem to be working :

rtsp://xxxxx.ddns.net:664/0/av1

Any ideas ?

Did you configure your perimeter firewall/router to forward port 664 to your camera ?
