IP Cam Viewer Pro Server Setup

I'm having trouble getting IP Cam Viewer to work on my cell phones Data network (Verizon). It works fine on my WiFi, but I'd sure like it to also work when I'm not home.
I have a dedicated IP address on my home computer and would like to be able to use that IP address instead of the Embedded Web Server now built in to the app.
Is there any way I can do this as the embedded server doesn't seem to want to work.

I also run Blue Iris and it's mobile app and that is working fine, but would also like to have IP Cam Viewer working so I can use its Widgets and other features.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
