What is the wireless network blocking?

Experiencing connectivity issues using IP CAM Viewer on some wireless networks. Cameras that can be accessed using mycams.ddns.net:84 in a smartphone chrome browser do not function when the same IP address is used within IP CAM Viewer on some wireless networks.

This not normally the way it is done. You normally have stream (RTSP or MJPEG) going to the IP Cam Viewer, which uses a different port.
Can you access the camera via IP Cam Viewer while on your home network?
