Love the Ipcam viewer app. But as I don't pan and tilt my cameras everyday I just found out that when I try to pan / tilt the cameras, I get a pan/tilt initiated message quickly followed by pan/tilt failed. I have not changed any of the settings in the camera, more on just updated the app (via google automatic update). My camera is a clone foscam camera, therefore I used the foscam settings for FI8910W for the past 2-3 years with no problems.

If this topic has already been brought up, I'm sorry to not have been able to find it in the search options.

- check device support: http://hit-mob.com/ip-cam-viewer-androi ... port-list/

- make sure user account has proper permissions (operator/admin), reboot camera

- goto Edit Camera and read driver requirements (if any) below Host / IP field

- use Scan Camera over all device ports to find other compatible drivers

- absolute worst case, email me with remote access and I'll put it into my work queue
