upload not realy working on samsung gt-i5800

when using the software on an gt-i5800 all photos get uploaded, but the counters remain at zero and at next upload all gets uploaded again with .1 extension, the round after with .2 and so on. Allread uploaded never get deleted that way and the NAS is slowly filling with dups, trips, quads...... you cant image at which numbers i am allready

funny, using a Desire the software works fine, saving on the same NAS

im i wrong or is the bug technical?
