DropCam Setup for IP Cam Viewer Pro

How do I set up a my DropCam for use with IP Cam Viewer Pro? Is there a specific port to use, etc?

This worked flawlessly for a while, now it no longer works. I'm certain my info is correct. Any suggestions?

tested working with latest version. if camera is not public, you need to enter user/pass.

I'm just wondering if dropcam is still working in the newest version of the pro IP Cam Viewer (6.6.0).
It was working fine up until a couple versions ago, then all of a sudden it does not work. The Dropcam app from Nest is still working so I know the cameras are still working.

I've been using these settings all along:
Host: www.dropcam.com
Ssl Ch#: my long number UUID...ie 1ca....16 digits or so
User and password: same as i use on the web interface and dropcam app to log in

This is for private cameras.

Hi,

I stated experiencing this problem yesterday, and it continues today after updating to 6.8.7.

I have 7 cameras I monitor using public URLs. All can be viewed fine in a browser using the https://video.nest.com/live/xxxxxxxxxx format. In IpCamPro, I'm just getting Feed not available, which brought me to this thread.

I have been using dropcam with the nest.com url in the IP field, but even trying to create a new camera using your NEST suggestion, I'm having the same problem.

Any suggestions?

nest changed a little so I've tweaked the driver to work again. the change will be part of the next release. thx rob
