doz27w compatibility

I too have the same issues as user 'IMPORT' I have the Smartindustry branded DOZ27W bought from Ebay.
I have the paid version of the IP Cam lite software and the video works fine using the DOZ27 camera in the menu, but resets the camera when using any PTZ or Focus controls.

All functions work on the camera and can be controlled with Internet explorer or DVS client software, surely there can't be too much diference between DOZ27 and DOZ27W that the PTZ functions can't be fixed?

There are a few questions on camera.
1. I am using IP cam viewer for viewing with Ipad. Unfortunately, I accept only one changing every 1-2 seconds the picture. Can I take a video format???
2. Where to find the latest firmware for the camera? I 1.0.3.2.
3. The latest version of IP cam viewer control PTZ, zoom in particular - correctly. Works only extreme positions ...

The latest version of IP cam viewer says, that you should use fw v1.0.5.3
Anybody knows where to get it? Here I just found a link for an update to v1.0.5.2 (not testet). But if latest IP cam viewer advises to use v1.0.5.3, it must be anywhere?

I updated the version in your camera up to 1.0.5.3, but unfortunately, the work of PTZ, in particular, ZOOM - is not correct. Through the program, IP Cam viewer, I fully zoom does not work. In fact, only the extreme positions. Also, the program still does not take video in H.264, and individual frames, which is a pity ..

Were the issues with the DOZ27W camera resolved? Perhaps through a further update to the app. I am hoping so, since there were no more posts on the subject in the last year or so.
