Cam and IP Cam Viewer on the same device?

I would like to run IP Cam Viewer on an android phone and use the integrated cam of this phone as a cam in IP Cam Viewer. Did I just not find the appropriate settings or is this not possible?

there are many apps that turn your phone into a webcam. ip cam viewer has drivers for many of them, "ip webcam" included.
