Hi,

Can I use IPCamviewer pro to turn my old android phone into a ONVIF camera?

I would love to turn an old phone into something useful.

No, but there are Android apps to turn your phone into a security camera. I think they only support MJPEG stream.

I don't know if it's ONVIF complient but IP Webcam works really well.
