FLOUREON BT-HD54F setting

Hello to all
I make a request to the whole community.
I recently installed an IP Cam Floureon. It's a good camera with pan, tilt and 18x zoom.
On Ip Cam Viewer there is no setting for this cam.
I can manage it with the settings 'Onvif Camera' and even 'Cohu 3960HD' but in both cases are not available all the PTZ functions, in particular the 'patrol' function.
Someone can help me ?
Is it possible to add this to the list of available cam?
