Swann DVR9-4200 Picture Freezing in Matrix View

Hello!

I have been trying to get my Swann 9 channel DVR9-4200 to work fluidly in matrix mode/view for IP Cam Viewer Basic for Android (paid upgrade).

In single view mode everything runs fine, but when I enter matrix view for all 9 channels everything becomes slow & laggy.

My DVR has 9 channels & I suspect IP Cam Viewer is accessing the main stream instead of the substream, thus causing a overload of data for the app to process.

I have tried numerous drivers from the scan camera option to see if that would help, but they all freeze in matrix view.

I can stream all 9 channels flawlessly with the official Swann DVR app on the same device, but the GUI sucks! IP Cam Viewer is the best I have seen.

Does anyone know how to access the substream for this DVR? I have tried editing the CH# (for example 1,2 2,2 3,2) but the stream seems to stay the same.

Can anyone help me?
