Help with displaying my Anran Cam on a Weather Camera Site

I have several Anran cameras all connected to my Anran DVR and they work fine for security purposes. But I want to take the feed of one of them and display it on a local weather camera website. I have been trying unsuccessfully to do this for months. I just want to be able to grab a still image from the camera and view it in a regular http browser, WITHOUT using the camera settings downloadable plugin. No luck whatsoever.

I know that the IP Cam Viewer app IS able to grab a still image off my camera for testing purposes. It works when I tell the app that my camera is either a "AV Systemi 61xxDVR" or an "Unknown" DVR-9008HV, among others.

How can I find out how the app is doing this?

The camera in question is an Anran AR-MSP02-100-WIFI.

The DVR is an Anran NVR6008L

you can use IP Cam Viewer as a proxy to fetch frames from it's supported cameras via a simple web browser:
