I would love to get the second to last screen-shot added to the drivers [The one that says DVR/DVS] thats colored blue

Currently the only way to view is from the iVMS-4500 iOS/Android App

Maybe you could download that app and then find the info you need and add it to this one?

That login screen is from an old Hikvision device. Since then there have been at least two complete firmware updates, so the way it sends data might have changed completely. You might try configuring it as a Hikvision DVR, and if you have one of those DVRs, try to update it to the latest firmware.
