Setting up WVC54GCA on a smart phone?

I can access my linksys camera remotely on a computer, but i cant access it with my droid. I've already enabled rstp on the camera and went to my router to configure the ports. I already have something taking up port 80, so I'm using port 1024 to access the camera remotely on a computer
