Pan tilt control

Hello everyone,

I have a zoneminder system set up that I access with IP cam viewer (bought it, great program). When I first set up the system I can control the pan and tilt. Now today I can no longer control them? It's really strange. If I access the web login from my phone I can control the cameras through zoneminder web interface. So I know the phone can control them....and the fact that IP cam viewer used to work controlling them. This has happened to me twice now. I wiped the zoneminder system and reinstalled and IP cam viewer started working again for control. Any help would be greatly appreciated here.

anyways zoneminder system is quad core athlon 3ghz, 8 gb ram, 1tb sata drive, first OS was centos6, current OS is ubuntu 10.04. On CentOS I had zoneminder 1.25. On Ubuntu I have zoneminder 1.24.2

Anyways great program and I appreciate it very much. Nice that it's free also, you converted me to paying customer.

Well I figured out that it's not being lost over time. I'm losing control after I enable OPT_USE_AUTH. Not sure if you are that familiar with zoneminder but that is enabling authentication of user logins to zoneminder.
