DOZ27 Smartindustry, Fix Zoom, Sound??

I have the paid version of the app.
Anyone have a DOZ27 that the zoom works properly? Mine will zoom, but only "full" in or "full" out. Can this be fixed Robert?
Also Robert, can you enable the sound for this camera?
All other functions work properly.

Hi

I have same cam with same problem, I'm using Android version of IP Cam pro Viewer

Pan/Tilt (left,right,up,down) is working great, step by step
Focus +/- and zoom in/out is going to maximum level when I press the button its not possible to increase/decrease it gradually
Remote switch is not working

The app is almost useless without some control of the zoom. "full" in or "full" out = sucks!
