Vivotek PZ 7111 No Audio - Codec?

I have the paid version of the IP Cam and I love it. The only thing is that the audio does not work. When I click on the speaker button nothing happens. After reading simial posts I reviewed the list of cams and what features are supported. I noticed in some of your replies you stated the reason for no audio is that you didnt have the codec.

I have the manual in a PDF that I believe contains the audio codec for this camera. Is this something you can add if you have this?

Hi, can you see my previous messages please. Im just looking for an aswer on this. I need audio via my smart phone and although I didnt realize this when purchased, all I need to know is can it be supported if you have the right information.
