IP Cam not working on my Android

Hello! We purchased the IP Cam Viewer full version for two Thunderbolt android phones in our home. We have a Foscam camera. The app worked perfectly on one of our phones, but it completely fails on the other. Same settings for both. Please help!

run app on working phone, use Email Cameras to send to yourself.

run app on other phone, click attachment to open with IP Cam Viewer to automatically import them.

NOTE: import will not overwrite existing cameras with same name so you might want to delete them first.
