Trying to setup IP Cam Viewer lite on Motorolla Blur

I cannot seem to get the video from my Vivotek ip7133 to display using IP Cam Viewer. I am using a netgear router and have tried both enabling and disabling the uPnP. Any suggestions I tried to access using http://xxx.xxx.x.xx:8080 ???
